Your book is printed and dispatched within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. Once dispatched, transit time depends on your chosen shipping option and destination; estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout after you enter your address. Faster shipping options, such as expedited or express, are available at an additional cost.

Yes. We currently ship to: United Kingdom, Ireland, Channel Islands, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. If your country is not listed, it will not appear as an option during checkout.

Some Middle East destinations are temporarily unavailable due to current carrier service suspensions. At the moment, we are unable to ship to Israel, Jordan, Bahrain, Iraq, Eritrea, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, or Oman. If shipping resumes, those destinations will become available again at checkout.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched by our print partner, a tracking number and carrier link are generated and sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Depending on the carrier and destination, tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Standard shipping is free and included in the price. If you want faster delivery, express options are shown at checkout — you only pay the upgrade cost above standard shipping. All available options, with estimated delivery dates, are shown before you pay.

Every order starts with one 43-page Executive personalised colouring book for GBP 18.99, with free standard shipping included. You can upgrade to hardback for an extra GBP 6.99, and you can add a digital copy for GBP 2.99. Express delivery upgrades are shown at checkout — you only pay the difference above standard shipping.

There are no hidden charges after checkout. Standard shipping is included in the price. Optional extras, such as a binding upgrade, digital copy, or express delivery upgrade, are chosen by you before payment. Prices are shown in GBP. If your card is in a different currency, your bank or card provider will apply their standard exchange rate.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by your browser or device. Additional local payment methods may be available depending on your country.

Yes. All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers. Checkout uses a secure embedded Stripe form.

You can reach us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within one working day. Please include your order reference number, shown on your confirmation screen and receipt email, so we can look up your order quickly.

We accept JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC/HEIF files, the standard format from iPhone cameras. You can upload up to 5 photos per book. If an upload fails, try the following: check your internet connection, make sure the file is one of the supported formats, and try uploading one photo at a time. If the problem persists after refreshing the page, contact support with details of the file type and any error message shown.

Once payment is confirmed, your book enters production immediately. Because each book is individually generated and sent to print, we are unable to make changes to the content, recipient details, or delivery address after the order has been placed. Please double-check all details, particularly the child's name, age, and delivery address, before completing checkout. If you spot an error immediately after paying, contact support as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help before printing begins.

Because each book is made to order and personalised, we do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind. If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order reference and a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement free of charge.

No. Because each book is customised for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please check your personalisation details carefully before completing checkout.

You upload up to 5 clear photos of your child. Our AI uses these to create a custom line-art illustration of them, which is then placed into each colouring scene throughout the book.

Each book uses a single theme chosen from the options currently shown in our book builder. Your chosen theme shapes the cover and the interior artwork throughout the book.

Yes. You can upload photos of more than one child. Where it fits the story and layout, scenes can show the children together and across different combinations throughout the book.

The cover is a full-colour print featuring your child's name and a personalised illustration. The interior pages are black and white and designed to be coloured in with pencils, felt tips, or crayons. Paperback is included, and you can also choose hardback for an extra fee.

Not by default. You can add a digital PDF copy for GBP 2.99 at checkout, and it will be sent to the email address you provide within 48 hours.

Clear, well-lit photos work best, ideally taken facing the camera with the child's face fully visible. Avoid heavily blurred, dark, or heavily filtered images. Photos where the face is partially obscured or at a sharp angle may produce less accurate character illustrations. You can upload up to 5 photos; using multiple angles and lighting conditions gives the AI the best chance of producing a great likeness.
